Covid-19 and the school
Nepal, like the rest of the world, was affected by Covid-19. During the lockdown in 2020, the students received analogue distance learning through project work and different tasks to do at home.
Thade dental camp
To improve the dental health and teach preventive tooth care, we arranged Thade Dental Camp in 2019 and 2020. This project was possible to carry out thanks to donations from private persons.
The school has a library with around 200 books. The library project was initiated and implemented by Stein Grüner, Kari Authen and Christer Bovin, with a festive inaguration in February 2020. Thade School Project is grateful to the initiators for this important addition to the school's activities.

The building project
The buildning project was started up in 2013 and was finished two years later.
We are grateful to VUH, Volvo employees aid association, for the donation which made the building of the school possible.
We also want to thank the building staff and volunteers who worked with the construction of the school.
